All registrations will be held at Cane Creek Baptist Activities Center (6717 Orange Grove Road, 27278).  Registration dates will be on the following dates.  Please make sure that you check the times since all dates are NOT at the same times.

  • May 31, 2014 (Saturday) from 9-11 am
  • June 22, 2014 (Sunday) from 1-3 pm
  • July 19, 2014 (Saturday) from 9-11 am

Please download the registration forms and provide copies of required items to get involved with the Orange County Pop Warner. Please bring registration forms, required items, and fees along with your child to one of the registrations. Verification of the original birth certificate and weight measurements must be conducted in person but completed forms, copies, and fees can be sent to (please note that mailing ALL registration forms and copies require additional postage so check postage before mailing):

All Football Teams are formed and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The player will not be allowed to participate until all required forms have been submitted.  NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 1st. Requests must be in writing and received by July 1st (will receive the registration fee minus $25 administrative fee).

Registration fee for 2014 season is $125/participant which includes a mandatory spirit pack.  There is a sibling discount for registration fee (the fee will decrease in $15 increments for each additional child: first child’s fee is $125, second child’s fee is $110, third child’s fee is $95, etc).

  • Pay by check, money order, or cash (do not send cash through the mail; OCPW will not be responsible for lost mail)
  • Now accepting credit card payment (extra $5 service fee to be added)
  • Payment plans available

Referral Program: For those who played in the 2013 season, get $15 off your registration for every NEW player whom the player recruits (new player should give referral information when registering).  The referral program can not be combined with any other discount.

IMPORTANT: There is a $25 service fee for all returned checks and ALL future payments to OCPW must be cash.

Registration is complete once all the following is submitted:

  1. 2014 Player Contract & Parental Consent Form (2 pgs)–MUST be the ORIGINAL form & MUST be signed by both PARENT & PARTICIPANT
  2. 2014 Physical Fitness & Medical History Form (2 pgs)–MUST be the ORIGINAL form & MUST be signed by the MD AFTER Jan 1, 2014
  3. OCPW Information form
  4. Copy of original birth certificate
  5. Original birth certificate verification–must be verified by OCPW board member (“Feel the seal”).  NO EXCEPTIONS
  6. COMPLETE copy of 2013-2014 report card (for legal size report cards, MUST have all of the page)
  7. $125 Registration fee
